It's almost like not knowing how to play the "Smoke on the Water" riff. Got very distracted today after work. My guitar player buddy Chris called (and sounded drunk), talking me for probably over an hour, already burning my one hour of work. Then, I needed to call my girlfriend afterward. I REALLY need to unleash a morning routine, but I'm having trouble getting out of bed in the morning. So anyway, "Guitars, Cadillacs" is the first of my songs that I'm adding to my repertoire. I've been kicking around other ideas. Folsom Prison Blues. Trashy Women. Act Naturally. I feel like I did not put in an hour of uninterrupted practice tonight, but I will show up again tomorrow and nail this song.
